Cutera Secret PRO Laser System is an advanced skin rejuvenation treatment that offers the unique ability to perform RF (radiofrequency) microneedling, CO₂ laser resurfacing, or a combination of both in a single, customizable procedure. Two technologies, one platform

Radiofrequency microneedling
First modality is radiofrequency microneedling. A cartridge of very fine needles is inserted into the skin to a set depth, and radiofrequency energy is then delivered through the tips of those needles into the dermis. The needle creates a controlled micro-injury, and the heat from the radiofrequency triggers the body’s wound healing response deeper down, where new collagen and elastin are produced.

Fractional CO2 laser resurfacing
Second modality is the fractional CO2 laser. This works on the surface and upper layers of the skin.
