Vivace RF Microneedling – Aesthetics Device combines fine microneedling with radiofrequency (RF) energy. As the needles create controlled micro-channels in the skin, RF energy is delivered at the same time into the deeper layers, aiming to support the skin’s own collagen production process. It’s an approach sometimes referred to as dermal remodelling.

The needles open microscopic channels into the dermis, and the device delivers RF energy at 31 different depths. Aesthetics Biomedical describes the effect as fractional electrocoagulation in the dermis: a controlled injury that starts a natural wound-healing process and remodels collagen and elastin. The needles are insulated except at the end, so the energy goes into the dermis while the epidermis is spared.

The robotic motor controls insertion.
